Registration Notes

Individuals and entities should select an accredited Registrar to assist with their registration. All requests are reviewed and assigned a Registry status: Open, Reserved, or Blocked.

Reserved names require manual evaluation. Blocked names may be submitted for manual consideration where a legitimate claim exists. GM-NIC handles national and local Registry matters, while Cypdom handles International Registrar matters and international Reserved-name evaluations unless GM-NIC directs otherwise.

An Open or Available result is not a guarantee of registration and may change to Reserved or Blocked after administrative review.
